- Single mitre cutting capability up to 60 degrees
An industrial strength band saw with all of the features you will ever need.
-Easily adjustable vice with quick locking lever
-Error free blade tensioning using the hydraulic blade tension gauge.
- Adjustable flow coolant system
-Double coolant delivery puts coolant exactly where it is needed both in front and behind the cut to both lubricate the cutting action and wash chips clear of the cutting area.
-Blade brush (replaceable) to clean chips from the blade as it operates.
-Precision bearing type blade guides in conjunction with carbide guides ensuring blade stays straight and accurate
-Easy to read gauge bar for repetition measuring small pieces to be cut.
-Adjustable spring balance saw bow return saves labour.
-Blade cover interlock safety switch
-Large swivel locking mechanism with angle scale and robust plastic covered lever ensures accurate setting and positive clamping.
-Pull down lever with stop/start switch, use the hydraulic cylinder in conjunction with the lever for a cold saw type experience
