Mastercut BS-315G | 2 speed - 3 Phase mitre band saw
An industrial strength band saw with all of the features you will ever need.
- Double mitre cutting capability
- Easily adjustable vice
- Error free blade tensioning using the hydraulic blade tension gauge.
- Adjustable flow coolant system
- Double coolant delivery puts coolant exactly where it is needed both in front and behind the cut to
both lubricate the cutting action and wash chips clear of the cutting area.
- Blade brush (replaceable) to clean chips from the blade as it operates.
- Blade break protection. Micro switch stops the machine if a blade breakage occurs protection both
the machine and the operator.
-Precision bearing type blade guides in conjunction with carbide guides ensuring blade stays straight and accurate
- Easy to read gauge bar for repetition measuring small pieces to be cut.
- Spring balance saw bow return saves labour.
- Large swivel locking mechanism with angle scale and robust lever plastic covered lever ensures
accurate angle setting and positive clamping.
- Lever operated clamp for left/right vice positioning when mitre cutting

-Movable guide arm so when cutting smaller work pieces the blade is more stable
-Adjustable support roller at rear of the machine

-Pull down lever with stop/start switch, use the hydraulic cylinder in conjunction with the lever for a cold saw type experience
