The Mastercut BS-460G is a large capacity bandsaw ideal for structural, RHS, SHS and other profiles. This saw is well priced for a large capacity machine and allows the user to be able to cut bigger jobs in house instead of farming the work out.

An industrial strength band saw with a huge array of production enhancing features.
- Double mitre cutting capability to 60 degrees
- Semi auto | hydraulic lift up of saw frame and vice movement via push button on the control panel
- Easily adjustable vice with by handle
- Error free blade tensioning using a limit switch to make sure the blade is tensioned correctly
- Double coolant delivery puts coolant exactly where it is needed both in front and behind the cut to
both lubricate the cutting action and wash chips clear of the cutting area.
- Blade brush (replaceable) to clean chips from the blade as it operates.
- Blade break protection. Micro switch stops the machine if a blade breakage occurs protection both
the machine and the operator.
- Precision bearing type blade guides.
- Easy to read gauge bar for repetition measuring small pieces to be cut.
