P SERIES FULLY AUTOMATIC CNC CIRCULAR SAWING MACHINES

These saws are made to cut solid steel billets and heavy wall pipe extremely quickly and efficiently
which is why a 5m rear automatic loading table is standard on this machine.

This saw is ideal to feed cnc lathes where a large volume of machining is done.
The Everising P-75iLA can cut up to 75mm diameter and accommodate up to 6m long bars in the loading system

THE EVERISING 'P' SERIES IS A CIRCULAR SAWING MACHINE BUILT TO THE HIGHEST PERFORMANCE STANDARDS.

The saw head is ball screw actuated with premium grade linear guides for maximum rigidity and minimal friction.
The saw head is powered by the servo infeed system.
High power blade motor.
Electro magnetic brake(except P-230B) ensures optimum sawing quality.
Full stroke hydraulic clamping.
Shutting table is designed with floating mechanism.
Motion control via premium linear guides and ball screw.
Automatic end of bar detection and reloading of material

The blades used are a carbide solid circular blade so large amount of pressure can be put on these blades allowing for very fast cutting rates. When a standard bandsaw in not able to keep up with the work load these circular saws are an idea option to increase your cut bar output and get rid of that bottle neck.
