USED MEGA H-400GA SEMI AUTO | 400MM DIA CAPACITY | DUAL VICE SYSTEM BAND SAW : $12,000 AUD ($13,200 Inc. GST)
This machine has a dual vice system, the front vice is fixed and the rear shuttle feed vice is movable and can be manually manipulated by a push button on the control panel to feed the material through to the front of the machine so there is no manual handling to feed the material through to be cut.
The general operation would be to load the material into the rear movable vice and then clamp the material. Once the material has been clamped you would use the control panel to move the rear vice forward and bring the material into the front fixed vice.
At this point you would clamp the material with the front fixed vice when at the desired length to be cut and then cut the material. Once the material is cut the same process is done to cut the next piece of material.
